Which variation category should be used to submit a batch release address change or location change?)

An address change (other location) for batch release cannot be submitted as a Type A.5.a IAIN-Change in the name and/or address of a manufacturer of the finished product (including batch release and quality control sites) but rather a B.II.b.2- Change to batch release arrangements and quality control testing of the finished product.
