Submission of a consolidation sequence

How is a consolidation sequence based on the withdrawal of an application to be submitted?

Following the withdrawal of an application, a consolidation sequence must be submitted in which the data submitted with the application (with the exception of ch-m1) are marked with the operator “DELETED”, in order to revert back to the status of the dossier before the application. If the submission of “supplemental-info” for the baseline application is no longer possible in such a case (as it is already shown as “completed” in the eGov Portal), the consolidation sequence should be submitted as a “new application”, delivery type “baseline”, and the “cover letter” should refer to the fact that this is the “supplemental-info” for the corresponding application; the application ID must be stated. Problems regarding the technical validation of the initial submission can be avoided with this procedure.
